*Jersey Shore Townhouses for Summer Rentals*
In addition to owning the hotel, we also own beautiful 4-story townhouses located in Ortley Beach. They are ONLY available for rent on a weekly, monthly, and/or seasonal basis, please contact me for the specific rates. Nightly and weekend rental options are NOT available for these units! The townhouses are centrally located on the beach block and walking distance to all local attractions. Each townhouse is fully equipped with all modern conveniences-- 2 complete bathrooms, full kitchen, central air, washer/dryer, two balconies, and two parking spaces. The beach is a short walk up the street, and it is part of a private beach association. Each unit can comfortably sleep 6 people, and the townhouses are 3 bedroom living situations.
